Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or submitting a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Durham is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Durham, United Kingdom. We provide weight management consultations and, where clinically appropriate, dispense prescription and non-prescription weight loss treatments.

We reserve the right to decline any consultation or order where we believe the treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Our prescribers and pharmacists use clinical judgement to determine suitability, and their decisions are final.
Where a prescription medicine is required, a valid UK prescription will be issued by one of our registered prescribers following a successful consultation. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the prescribing clinician.
By submitting a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and could pose a serious risk to your health.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the duration stated on the prescription and cannot be transferred to third-party pharmacies unless required by law.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We do not store full card details on our systems. In the event that a prescription is not approved following your consultation, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by one of our pharmacists, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked postal service to your specified UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.
Medications must be signed for upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, as certain treatments cannot be left unattended.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us immediately by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund for regulatory reasons governing returned medicines. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
